We are hiring a Property Manager who will take care of our properties and understands our #1 priority is revenue. Fill units. Keep tenants. Protect the bottom line.
What you will own
- Leasing outcomes. You are responsible for occupancy across your portfolio. You drive lease velocity, manage leasing agents, enforce activity minimums, and close deals yourself when needed.
- Tenant retention. Renewals are not an afterthought. You know which tenants are at risk, when to hold on rent increases, and when to push. Every renewal saved is a turnover avoided.
- Unit turnovers. When a unit goes vacant, the clock starts. You coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and staging to get it ma...
