- Independent management of a mixed property portfolio (residential, commercial)
- Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration
- Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- General administrative management of the portfolio under management
- Overall follow-up of the rental process (termination, re-letting, etc.)
