Job Description
* Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and surrounds
* Role involves tenants relations, property maintenance, compliance, inspections
* Day to day administration of a varied property portfolio
* Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and managing agents
* Obtain and maintain all tenancy and legal documentation
* Carry out inventories, interim inspections and check outs
* Property management experience preferable
* FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Great Opportnuity to develop within a growing property and development business
