Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Condominium Property Manager with a CMRAO General License. Currently living in the Hamilton or Burlington area, the role involves overseeing daily operations of residential and commercial condominium properties as assigned, ensuring compliance with condominium regulations, handling unit owner and Board relations, managing budgets, and coordinating with maintenance and administrative teams. This role may require some on-site weekly time commitments. Some work from home is acceptable.
