As a Property Manager within Driven Asset Management, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day management of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance resolution, and compliance with tenancy regulations.

Tenant & Lease Management

• Manage tenant screening, onboarding, and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
• Enforce lease terms, property rules, and tenancy obligations.
• Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and implement recovery actions as required.
• Oversee security deposit administration, including collection, reconciliation, and refunds.
• Conduct market rent reviews and support leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
