The Portfolio
My client has LISTENED to their staff, trialed and tested different portfolio structures, and is a big believer in keeping the portfolios LOW and MANAGEABLE to optimize customer service levels and minimise overworking.
- Circa 70 properties situated across a small handful of suburbs in Perths North. The portfolio will grow with new business to a manageable amount you are comfortable with.
