Property Management Executive

Full-time Management & Operations

We are looking for a proactive Property Management Executive to support our property portfolio in Dubai. You will manage property operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination while ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily property operations and maintenance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
• Support leasing, renewals, and rent collection
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in property management or related role
• Knowledge of UAE real estate and leasing processes
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and CRM tools
• Valid UAE driving license and car
