Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll support the Community Manager by completing essential work orders and maintaining public areas. This multifaceted role requires general maintenance skills, from yard upkeep to light repair work. Collaborating with contractors and communicating effectively with your team will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance tasks as directed by management
• Request and manage outside contractor quotes
• Conduct yard maintenance such as mowing and pruning
• Clean communal roads and make minor repairs
• Report maintenance issues back to the Community Manager
