Brandon Maintenance Services is a growing property management company providing full-service management to investment property owners. We are currently looking to add a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Manager to our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in general project management for property maintenance and renovations, enjoys solving problems, and is able to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Our work includeds routine property maintenance, repairs, and renovations of any size across a variety of commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work in residential and commerical properties.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with tenants, clients and team members.
