Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and management of multiple commercial properties.
Conduct routine property inspections and identify preventative and reactive maintenance requirements.
Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from tenants through to completion.
Obtain contractor quotations, appoint service providers, and oversee maintenance and renovation projects.
Liaise with contractors, cleaning, security, and other service providers to ensure quality workmanship and service delivery.
Inspect completed work and approve projects for payment.
Manage maintenance budgets, service contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
