The Role
As a Property Development Paralegal, you will be managing OTP Developer sale files and reporting to a Partner. Duties include -
- Preparation of Contracts, on line searches,
- Following up on outstanding conditions,
- Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
- High volume of client contact with Developers
- Using Leap precedents and entering data into Excel
- and general file management duties.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 1 year Qld Conveyancing or Property Development Assistant or Paralegal experience. Training will be provided...
