Key Responsibilities- Manage the leasing of units within our commercial and industrialproperties.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, tenancy agreements, andother leasing-related documentation.
- Follow up on rental payments and maintain accurate leasing records.
- Conduct property viewings and respond promptly to leasing enquiries.
- Coordinate the handover and takeover of units with tenants.
- Liaise with contractors and coordinate maintenance and repair worksfor the building.
- Prepare occupancy, leasing, and rental reports for management.
