About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Claims Representative who will be responsible for navigating the claims process through investigation and evaluation of the loss to final settlement of claim. This is a full‑time hybrid role based out of Ilderton, Ontario, reporting to the Manager of Claims Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating claims by conducting thorough investigations; determining coverage and validity of claims, interviewing, and communicating with members, scene investigations
- Attending loss locations to investigate claim, including taking statements, photographs, and identifying scope of loss
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members throughout the claims process
