Salary & Bonus
Salary range: 69,200 - 84,600 (35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target with potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance). 7.5% bonus. Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – Intact matches 50% of net shares.
