Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and reliable Property Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of commercial business properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage service providers, contractors, and on?site activities.
This role requires a hands?on individual who can conduct site visits, coordinate maintenance, manage invoicing, and ensure smooth day?to?day property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Property Portfolio Management
Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial business properties
Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are maintained
Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution
Contractor & Service Provider Coordination
Liaise with maintenance teams, electricians, plumbers, security providers, painters, and builders
