Job Description
In this role, you will be an important part of an international brand company's project work. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of logistics-related IT and administrative projects, staying on track, meeting deadlines, identifying potential obstacles and risks, and addressing them. This is a practical, hands‑on position that allows you to take control, monitor progress, and act as a key link between different stakeholders.
The role is based in Vantaa and offers a flexible hybrid model, supporting logistics, IT, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate projects, support IT and SAP initiatives, work closely with logistics managers, and prepare communications materials.
