Responsibilities

Oversee all fire fighting system projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline project execution and improve efficiency. Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field. Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent. Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the fire protection industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
