A full-time (37 hours) Project Worker role in an accommodation-based support service in Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, providing housing-related support to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.
About The Role
This is a Project Worker role based in our Supported accommodation service in Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers. Working in a team, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals and help them to develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness, improve financial capability, promote resettlement into the community and achieve positive progression. You will provide housing-related support to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
