We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our team delivering high-quality planned maintenance programmes across social housing stock in the West Midlands. This role is key to ensuring the successful financial and contractual management of multiple workstreams, supporting the delivery of projects to time, budget, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within social housing planned works and will be comfortable working within a high-profile client environment , managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of planned works projects from mobilisation through to final account
• Prepare, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
