Key Responsibilities
The Project Support Staff will provide overall supervision and implementation of the Pathways for Empowerment Project. Responsibilities include communicating project goals to government partners, donors and communities; ensuring strategic objectives are met through proper project design, implementation, monitoring, budget management, and social and behavior change communication; leading project‑level assessments and performance analysis to enhance quality, accountability and transparency; overseeing training needs assessment and design of basic micro‑enterprise training; facilitating provision of startup kits and financial support for beneficiaries; conducting training on community‑managed savings; supporting enterprise development and business plan monitoring; networking with buyers and market intermediaries to provide market research and f...
