Role Overview

As part of IQVIA’s Healthcare Professional (HCP) Network, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of clinical and healthcare programs. You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, and day‑to‑day management of on‑demand healthcare professionals, supporting the scaling of a fast‑growing global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of HCP Network staff
• Oversee operational aspects of projects, including timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and field‑based healthcare professionals
• Monitor staff performance, utilization, and compliance with requirements
• Track project financials, including deliverables and invoicing
