Hiring: D&C Departmental Executive
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Budget : upto 9 lpa
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive D&C Departmental Executive to support our Digital & Change function across operations, resource management, reporting, finance coordination, recruitment, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Resource allocation and timesheet management
✅ MIS reporting and utilization tracking
✅ Purchase Order & invoice reconciliation support
✅ Budgeting and financial governance coordination
✅ Recruitment tracking and onboarding support
✅ Meeting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management
✅ Maintaining organizational charts, intranet pages, and reports
Required Skills:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Operations Coordination, PMO Support, Executive Support, or similar roles
✔ Strong Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word skills ...
