On-site - Marikina 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Description
- Supervise HVAC installation works, specially for AC Units and Mechanical System including ducting and piping
- Interpret and review Mechanical plan lay-outs, construction/installation drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor day-to-day project site operations and lead AC technicians and subcontractors
- Coordinate site activities with other trades (civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS)
- Conduct inspection and quality control checklist to ensure workmanship meets design and regulatory standards
- Monitor schedule and progress, to submit daily/weekly/monthly report
- Resolve technical and on-site issues with urgency
- Ensure timely manage procurement tracking and delivery of AC equipment site materials
