Location: Changi Airport (Transit Area)
Shift work required, including of weekends/PH.

Job Scope

• Manage a team of surveyors including training and performance management
• Ensure that surveyors adhere to project timelines and procedures to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination
• Manage manpower rostering and schedule adjustments
• Implement behavior interventions where necessary to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork amongst surveyors

Job Requirements and Expectations

• Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Problem-solving skills and prompt reaction to unforeseen situations
