Job Description
Lead project development as a Project Superintendent with Atlantic Operations in Nova Scotia. Contribute to exciting gold mining projects while promoting a strong safety culture in a full-time role.
In this permanent role, you will report to the General Manager, Projects and oversee the engineering and development of the 15-Mile, Beaver Dam, and Cochrane Hill projects. A bachelor's degree in mining or metallurgical engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience are essential. You will drive the design and advancement of innovative mining solutions while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: • Champion safety culture and adherence to policies • Coordinate engineering teams and external consultants • Plan long-term project activities and scopes • Identify project risks and opportunities • Present to Regulators and community stakeholders
