Job Description

The Project Staff - Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely updating of cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption through tickets and customer requests. This role also includes processing billing adjustments due to erroneous readings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts)
  • Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections
  • Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings

Job Qualifications

  • College graduate of any business‑related course
