Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall execution of site works and ensuring timely progress of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Monitor the work progress on daily basis and push for work progress with the appointed subcontractors
- Assist to prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with design team and engineers regarding the design and cutting lists and shop drawings
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Assist to obtain required permits and licences
- Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
