Summary of the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Project Scheduler/Planner is responsible for working with Project Managers, Project Leads, and subcontractors to plan and organize work, develop and maintain detailed project execution schedules, and report status and progress to customers. While the role is primarily based out of the Hamilton, ON business location, some on‑site work may be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain daily/weekly status reports from the necessary project leads.
- Set‑up and chair planning/schedule meetings.
- Help coordinate and prepare work plans.
- Document any installation issues as reported by project leads.
- Arrange pre and post installation walk‑through with all stakeholders.
- Report on the status of the project with the customer/client.
- Develop and maintain the overall Primavera P6 project schedules....
