Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Junior Project Scheduler for our Mississauga office. This is an existing vacant position for which we are actively recruiting.

Essential Job Functions

• Support the development, maintenance, and integration of detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities using Primavera P6.
• Assist in organizing and tracking project schedules, activity logic, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Work with project managers, engineering leads, procurement, and construction teams to gather schedule updates and maintain accurate project information.
• Help prepare schedule analyses, including progress tracking, variance reporting, and basic look‑ahead planning.
• Assist with schedule status updates, including reviewing actual progress, identifying delays, and supporting recovery planning as needed.
