We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting construction projects across Surrey and Berkshire .

With a strong pipeline of work in the region, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in driving commercial performance across multiple projects. You will be involved in all stages of project delivery, working closely with project teams to ensure effective cost management and successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre‑construction through to final account
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages
• Preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations
• Managing variations, change control and commercial risk
