You’ll act as an interface with the client’s Quality and Safety teams. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project, quality and external suppliers), lead the iCSS (internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys) with the Project Manager, and develop and implement the resulting action plan.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), ensuring its correct application during contract execution in accordance with contractual requirements and Alstom processes.
