Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Principal to join a Building Engineering/Building Restoration team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee complex building restoration projects, mentor technical staff, and contribute to business development while ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception through construction. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead and senior reviewer on building restoration projects, providing technical oversight and quality assurance for work completed by project managers and junior staff.
