Overview

This position supports the development of an end‑to‑end workflow for scientific literature curation, focusing on the extraction, standardization, and analysis of reaction data from published articles and supplementary materials. The role involves developing rule‑based and agent‑based approaches to process multimodal scientific information and improve data quality and consistency across large literature datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows for extracting reaction parameters from text, tables, and figures in scientific literature.
• Scale workflows from proof‑of‑concept studies to larger literature collections.
• Document methodologies and support reproducible data curation practices.
