Skills:

1. Experience in terms of ownership of large-scale implementation programs, including responsibility for overall delivery, governance, budget management, resource strategy, or executive stakeholder management
2. Key project management disciplines, including governance establishment, scope management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and client escalation handling
3. Must have worked on technical Payroll implementation projects

Role Purpose

Responsible for supporting multi-country workforce management and absence system initiatives through structured requirements definition, vendor solution validation, configuration documentation and project management support.
