Grafton is currently recruiting a Project/Account Manager based in Valladolid or Burgos to join a multinational company in the security systems services sector.
What are you going to do?
As a Project Manager you are responsible for managing customer relationships and the entire process from the moment the order is received until the project is finished. You are the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer. You are our expert in the field of placements and installations of our UFOs. You ensure that everything will be arranged as discussed with our sales manager, understand the customer’s needs and proactively advise on which product(s) suit the customer best. If necessary, you check the project sites and stay in close contact with the customer, to understand their service need. You check the availability and manage the logistic process.
