Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
