• Run planning meetings for projects and for the team
• Creating a plan of action for each job
• Creating and communicating schedules to all parties Involved
• Planning and communicating changes when they arrive (problem solving)
• Documenting receipts for job costing
• Communicate clear goals to our on-site team
• Keep the job on time, and on budget
