Responsibilities
- Developing and managing project plans, budgets and timelines
- Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
- Communicating progress and issues to project sponsors and senior management
- Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations, building codes and industry standards
- Continuously looking for ways to improve project efficiency and delivery
Qualifications
- Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules and resource plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
