We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and manage roofing construction projects from commencement to completion.
2. Review project drawings, specifications and contracts to determine project requirements.
3. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
4. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour, materials and equipment.
5. Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines, implementing corrective actions where required.
6. Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
