This role will focus on executing people-first change strategies, coaching leaders, enhancing engagement, and ensuring operational readiness for back-office automation and process change. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in change management frameworks but also skilled in listening, storytelling, and leading with empathy and influence—not authority.
