Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager - SURFMEPP Fleet Support to join our team in Portsmouth, VA . This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Directing the efforts of a team of 100+ contractor personnel supporting SURFMEPP worldwide operations
- Leading direct reports who serve as team leaders across four distinct SURFMEPP departments to manage work assignments, personnel actions, and productivity.
- Interacting with senior-level government staff members, creating detailed charts, graphs, and visual summaries to support formal briefings and reports.
- Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite to analyze and display complex data in a manner that facilitates leadership understanding and strategic decision-making.
