What you’ll do

As a Project Manager – Structural Risk Assessments, you’ll lead the delivery of structural risk assessment programmes across our high‑risk residential buildings, ensuring homes are safe and compliant with building safety requirements. Working within the Building Safety team, you’ll play a critical role in managing structural safety risks, supporting the development of building safety cases, and maintaining the Golden Thread of information.

You’ll be assessing the structural safety of our high rise residential buildings, helping residents be safe and feel safe in their homes. You will ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Building Safety Act, Health and Safety compliance within NHG's policies and procedures, and financial regulations.
