At Inster, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Europe’s most ambitious programs in secure satellite communications. This is a key leadership role with real impact on advanced space and defence projects, offering the opportunity to relocate to Madrid, one of Europe’s most dynamic and liveable capitals. What are we looking for? An/a Project Manager – Space (ESA & SATCOM), with at least 5 years of experience. Availability to join a stable project in Madrid. Requirements Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar). Proven experience in managing and coordinating technological or space projects. Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, planning, risks, and budget. Hands‑on experience managing projects with ESA (European Space Agency), including direct interaction with the agency and understanding of its processes.
