DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall management and development of department objectives. To be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, coordiating, monitoring and commissioning projects assigned by the Management. To provide the Management with long term plans for the developpment and smooth operations of the Project Management team in conjunction with other departments of the Company. To support and provide timely information relating to projects being workerd on by the Sales and Business Development department. To prepare cash flow forecast in order to monitor and ensure healthy project cash flow. To plan and summarize all material requirements for a projects through establishing Bill of Material and Material Procurement Summary List. Responsible for the daily operations management of the Project Management team.
