Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost, and quality.
- Responsible to manage each phase of project from design to completion and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Liaise with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters and ensure engineers, supervisors and foremen meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Verify payment, settle site disputes and planning for site facilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are always carried out.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognizable by Institute of Engineers Board, Singapore.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction Industry especially on Civil Engineering.
- Entry level candidates will be considered for Project Engineer role. <...
