Project Planning & Scheduling
- Plan work schedules and monitor project progress
- Develop project timelines and construction activities
- Plan manpower, materials, and resource allocation
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
