Roles & Responsibilities

The project manager is responsible for planning and oversee the project from design to completion by ensuring the necessary co‑ordination with various stakeholders (Owner, Consultant, Main Contractor). They are also to maintain and forecast project budgets and discuss with Managenent.

• Must be able to handle design for chilled water system for ACMV works and complying to authority regulations
• Attend relevant meeting and make sure coordination on-site goes well
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders, like owner, consultant, main‑contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Able to come up the project schedule showing the key milestones, progress and developments and ensuring that it is completed in good time.
• Provide effective leadership to project team by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve completion.
