Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations of large scale projects & ID fit-outs at project locations.
- Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.
- Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations.
- Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.
- Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.
- Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.
- Manage projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.
- Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
- Daily supervision and guidance of project coordinators
