- Oversee entire project, including Mechanical, Electrical services and Architectural works
- Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members
- Prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost
- Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to project team
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades
- Coordinate, instruct, and update individual services
- Plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors, and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
- Ensure deliverables are according to specification and drawing
- Ensure team update as-built drawing according to individual services
