Job Description
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Scrum Master to lead Agile software development initiatives for our client. This role combines hands-on Scrum leadership with traditional project management responsibilities to deliver enterprise technology solutions on time and within budget.

**Duration:** 8 months
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Remove team impediments and protect sprint commitments from scope changes.
+ Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum best practices.
